I really liked the "menu" approach to what I had to enhance the basic marquee and I particularly appreciated your flexibility and willingness to make changes once we saw the marquee up.
I also appreciated your support in terms of billing for the items that you needed to add, but would otherwise have cost more (the extra starlight and dimmer switch). That's the kind of great service and striving to give complete customer satisfaction that has had me raving about your company to other people.
